How it works?

We will then send out a member of our team who view the property and make a report on it including furnished or not as well as rent.

If it meets our criteria then we first make an agreement of three month in which there will be no charges after that if the landlord/owner agrees to continue then there will be a £100/month charge applies for unfurnished property and £50/month for furnished properties, this fee is only to cover our administration cost.

What then after the agreement signed?

We take the keys from the landlord/owner and furnished the property if unfurnished and do the full interior décor to a high standard.

With the furnished properties we only do the décor to upgrade it to a stylish & quality accommodation for the clients.

Do I have to find the clients myself?

Absolutely not.

We do what we say.

 When you hand over the property so it means you are hands off and enjoy the rent without any trouble with the tenant/clients or worrying about any minor maintenance work such as bed repair, electricity fault, boiler minor repair (replacement not included), wall paper, painting, furniture repair & many more.

We find the corporate clients or business travel using online travel agencies and vacant the property does all the agreement, look after the property, clean it once a week by professionals and you will receive the agreed rent amount in your bank account each month without dealing/ meeting the clients/tenants.
